- How soon will I receive my package?
Our parcels are delivered in 3/5 working days.
- Will I be provided with a tracking code?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code when your order has been delivered to the BRT couriers so you can check the progress of your package at any time.
If you do not receive tracking please write to us via the CONTACT US page.

- Can I make a return?
Yes of course, you have 30 days to be able to make a return. Find more information on this page.
- How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
We at Natalie™ have decided to expand our Money Back Guarantee to 30 days instead of the usual 14 days (more than double that) to meet the needs of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, or it arrives damaged, you will have up to a maximum of 30 days to be able to get a FULL REFUND. To get it, simply contact us at the email info.natalieofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp and follow the instructions that will be provided to you.

The accepted payment methods are Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, cash on delivery and bank transfer, if you wish to proceed by bank transfer please contact us via WhatsApp.
- Can I pay by cash on delivery?
Yes of course, just select "PAYMENT ON DELIVERY" at checkout.
