Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number.
To start a return, please contact us at info.natalieofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NatalieOfficial is not responsible for returned items and cannot issue a refund until the returned item has been received at our international warehouse.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
