Items eligible for payment on delivery:
Our shipments are delivered in 24/48 business hours.
Possibility of payment on delivery (+5.00€)
Our goal is to process and ship all orders, Monday through Friday within 24 hours, of orders received by noon.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the mode of payment on delivery, the purchase and sale is considered concluded at the time the online order is placed and not at the time of payment. As a result of this, the buyer is OBLIGATED TO MAKE PAYMENT at the time of delivery. Consequences to a failure to comply may be a CLAIM for damages by the seller against the buyer equal to the cost of transportation and expenses of the payment on delivery service.

Our shipments are processed in 24/72 business hours and delivered in 7/10 business days.
Customized items:
Customized items have a production time of up to 10 business days, will then be processed in 24/72 hours and delivered in 7/10 business days
Customized items are not eligible for payment on delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking code when your order has been delivered to BRT couriers so you can check the progress of your package at any time.
